Shipping

Where do you ship from? Most products ship from US warehouses. Some specialty items ship internationally with tracking.

How fast is delivery? US orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. International orders 7–14 days.

Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns

Return window: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.

How to start a return: Email support@restoryhq.com with your order number.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Sizing & Fit

Where applicable, product pages include a size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend the larger one for comfort. Sizing questions? Email us before ordering — we're happy to help.

Product Care

Each product page includes care instructions. For silk items (sleep masks, pillowcases, eye pillows), follow the care label. For electronics (sleep earbuds, red light mask, diffuser), avoid moisture and store in the included case.
